Our Solutions Team
Ron Murphy
Ron is the company founder, President, and one of our most senior Solution Engineers. He brings over 22 years of experience developing and managing technology solutions for fortune 500 companies as well as governments and religious institutions around the world to each and every project.
His services are often called upon by other IT solution providers to resolve more complex networking issues that their internal support staff have been unable to resolve.
He is security focused in the disciplines of Penetration Testing, Incident Handling, and forensic examination which allows him to ensure that clients are provided with security centric solutions and support.
Ron is also a seasoned world traveler, living abroad as required for IT projects and demonstrations, including countries such as China, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada.
Alexandra Vrabec
One of the company’s highly trained and experienced associates. With 18 years of experience in technology services, some of her most recent accomplishments include customizing files, providing organization solutions and offering auditing solutions for Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. She spent the previous eleven years as a third-tier, lead system administrator and as a project manager for Web systems, finance and post-trade operations at a major Wall Street financial services firm.
Michael Flood
Michael has worked in the telecommunications field for over 27 years with both manufacturers and carriers. He has designed, installed, maintained, and project managed SONET, FDM, DWDM, ATM, Frame Relay, IP, VoATM, VoDSL, and xDSL networks for customers such as Pacific Bell, SBC, US West, NYNEX, Cignal Global Communications, McLeodUSA, and Verizon. He has performed extensive new release testing for companies such as Newbridge Networks Inc., StrataCom/Cisco, Ascend/Lucent, TollBridge Technologies, Amber Networks/Nokia, and Kestrel Solutions. He also possess a great deal of knowledge and vast experience using all types of test and CPE equipment.
